the player

name: what we should call you.
experience: how many years you've been rping.
how you arrived: how did you find us?

the characters

name: your character's full name. (first middle last) also, what your character prefers to be called. (ex: Lilliane "Lilly" Marie Scotts)
gender:
age: for angels or devils put "appears ___ (really ___)".
birthdate:
species: angel, devil, or human.
sexual preference: girls, boys, both, etc.

the costume

face claim: List character name and their source.
unique features: scars, odd eye colors, etc.
appearance: two paragraphs at least.

the props

preferred weapon(s): the weapon(s) your character uses.
abilities: any unique abilities your character has. see angel/demon/human powers.
power level: the strength of your abilities. put n/a if human.
specialty: what your character is best at. (ex - magic, fighting, dancing, etc.)
remarkable items: stuff like med-kits, technology, keepsakes, magicked items.

the play

strengths: list three.
weaknesses: again, three.
personality: two paragraphs, at least.
history: two paragraphs, at least.

the lines

sample roleplay: at least three paragraphs.
