appearance:

Though she is a small bodied young woman it doesn't make Freya any less dangerous. Her slender figure and lanky limbs make her perfect for stealth and speed, though she still doesn't have terribly defined muscles. Dark black hair with a slight tint of blue frames her face, pulled up into two pony tails (one of which that is shorter). Sometimes her stark eyes appear to be black, but they are actually just a very deep blue.

When it comes to attire, Freya could generally care less. Because she doesn't like to make such an effort she often just wears a bikini-style top with an open long coat and some shorts. She isn't shy about wearing anything revealing, but she always likes to wear very tall boots for some reason. Real proper ass-kicking boots. Often her clothing has stars adorned on it, but it is always black and white with Freya. More black than white though.

The Blind Eye - This peculiar item is always worn over Freya's left eye, though no one can ever really tell because it is as small and discrete as a contact lens. considering that Freya went blind in one eye she needed a new reliable way to boost her senses. Unfortunately for her it didn't end up working until she received the blind eye from a friend of a friend. The item eases the disconnected and lost feeling Freya was originally suffering from after the injury and temporarily gives her sight back in that eye. It is not a perfect item, can be broken, and only gives her sight back for about 30% of the time. When the item is working properly it glows a fiery blue and it's impossible to miss.

personality:

Freya has always been a very peculiar person when it came to her general state of mind. For a long while as she was growing up she was so literal it made her extremely naive. Though she has grown to understand others who are not quite so literal as she there is still a somewhat oblivious looking quality about her thanks to others, mostly because she refuses to acknowledge certain things when addressed to her if they aren't literal enough for her tastes.

When she's not being overly picky and utterly stubborn, Freya is often being a typical leader. She's not a harsh leader or an overly soft one, though she is very good at remaining rather upbeat in the face of serious adversaries. Freya remains serious about her job, knowing the uphill battle that comes from pitting yourself against angels and devils.

To pair with her being too literal, Freya has an utter soft spot for all things scientific. She is a very straight-forward kind of woman and likes when things have a specific answer. This sort of very strategic things has also contributed to Freya being a good leader, as she often comes up with very successful plans.

history:

Freya was born in the worst part of Eden to a school teacher mother with a kind heart. Considering her father was never around for reasons never explained to her, Freya spent every waking moment with her mother. Growing up constantly hanging around a school teacher though meant that Freya learned faster than the other kids, but didn't know how to socialize with kids her age and began to fall behind 'emotionally'. This was where Freya first started showing signs of a love and bias for all things educational, literal, and scientific.

By the age of thirteen Freya was starting to get pretty restless. All of her studies were about the war that rages in Eden before she was born all the way up till she was six. Angels and Devils were supposed to just be characters in storybooks, but Freya knew better thanks to the horrific scarring done to Eden from the war. One thing that the child found particularly interesting was that there was actually a group of humans out there trying to pull the tides of the fight in their favor.

Freya was infatuated with those 'heroes' and began to learn how to fight because of it. By the time she was twenty she had formed and was leading a new group of humans with the namesake of those from the last was in Eden. The Average Avengers was a rag tag group that had their beginnings in protecting the city when the second war broke out in full force. With angels and devils in the city once more, Freya decided to lead TAA in their new objective to get rid of the otherworldly creatures without letting Eden fall to it's knees as it had so long ago.
