At first glance, even though she often hides her wings and tail, many people assume that Vale is some kind of monster. Vale's expression usually comes down to something between slight irritation and utter disinterest, but rarely anything outside of those. Often it will appear that Vale isn't even listening because she's so awful at looking anything but disinterested. Her slender face seems fit for glares, scowls, and general irritations. The stark and alarming red eyes paired with Vale's silver messy hair just look rather other-worldly.

The woman's general build is rather slender and tall. In fact Valentia could probably pass for a model if she wore the right kinds of clothing, but she wouldn't be caught dead in anything that might be seen coming down a runway. No, Vale is very particular about what she wears and most of it is either black or red. Leather works too, because the woman isn't afraid to look like a serious bitch (which she does plenty of the time). Around her neck is always some kind of simple choker and her thorned pendant necklace. The metal thorns look deadly sharp and sometimes leads to Vale getting scratched here and there when she's not paying attention.

abilities: Vale has most of the typical devil powers including illusory abilities, tail and wing masking, telekinesis, bloodletting, an affinity for water, and natural strength. Though Vale has shielding she isn't talented with it and rarely uses it. Things that she absolutely cannot do includes healing, voice manipulation, and energy theft.
power level: Vale has a somewhat average general power level. She isn't terribly strong, but the skills she knows how to use properly and has good experience with are devastating when used right.
specialty: Telekinesis
remarkable items: Thorn necklace - Though this item doesn't seem too astounding it comes in handy when Vale is in a pinch. In dire moments she'll use it to cut up her hands or arms so she can use bloodletting to it's fullest extent.

personality:
Valentia is known as being a ruthless devil, which isn't exactly unexpected considering. Her vengeful ways get her into many fights and she's not afraid to flaunt her skill at any point. These deep seated disturbed emotions that she pours out are part of the reason she keeps the company she does, which is to say very little company at all. Valentia has even been known to pick fights with comrades because she wanted to test out a new skill or something.

When not raging over idiotic things, challenging her comrades, or destroying angels Vale is usually indulging her vice. Vale doesn't smoke, but she does drink and gamble excessively. The woman is also known to be overly flirtatious, even a bit of a womanizer if you talk to the right victims ladies. Even though she pursues women constantly it seems like Vale isn't really capable of being in a functional relationship. Vale never seems to really connect romantically and the lengths of her relationships are usually too short to mention.

In terms of aspirations of goals, Vale doesn't seem to have any of her own save the desire to get stronger.
history:
Valentia was never meant to be an Earth errand devil. Despite being created in hell instead of being born, Valentia was originally supposed to be a messenger of sorts throughout the underworld. For many, many years after her creation Vale was given important messages to deliver from person to person due to her great speed. The reason for this was because some devil's didn't have the ability to communicate without a medium of sorts and a strong devil who was stunningly fast and could defend herself seemed the perfect fit for such a task.

But Vale began to grow weary with her position. There wasn't enough room for the girl to test her abilities and there was seemingly no reward other than the occasional big tip (which was of course rare in hell where no one seems to give a shit about anyone). One day, finally sick of her fate, Valentia murdered her client and tore him to pieces. Still breathing hard from the ruthless dispatching, Vale was summoned by the devil himself.

To reward her vastly heartless act, Vale was told she would be assigned to tasks on Earth, 1955 being the first year she ever set foot on the planet. Jumping right into the spirit of things, Valentia found the perfect event to ruin. The 23rd Grand Prix of Endurance was a highly anticipated event and a good time for Vale to test her abilities. Valentia used some of her manipulation skills to assure the cars were flawed in specific safety matters before weaving a few illusions to assure the humans did just what she needed.

When the day was done Vale was responsible for the death of one race-car driver, 83 spectators, and another 120 injured. The rush from doing dark bidding was almost too much for her to absorb. Valentia couldn't get enough of the twisted power she had. As she grew she continued to mess with humans, her specialty ended up being dooming big events such as the Le Mans Disaster she became so proud of. around 2050 though she learned about what had happened in the city known as Eden.

The devil didn't think much of it at first, though she was somewhat perplexed at how so many devils could just die so easily. A few more years passed and Vale heard about Daine moving to Eden, which suddenly piqued her interest. Valentia, having heard many stories of Daine's accomplishments, ventured to the city as well to assign herself to The New Devil Alliance. The devil didn't seem to mind.
